The building is located on the south-east corner of the intersection with entrances located on both Polk and Pacific. ==Amenities==
The penthouse takes up about a third of the roof space of the building, at the north-west corner. There is one other penthouse sharing the north edge of the building to the east, with it's own elevator located near the Pacific avenue entrance; and a community garden and patio to the south along the west edge of of the building, accessible by residents and businesses located in the lower levels of the building by stairs from the floor below.

The balcony extends along the north face of the penthouse, with a widow's walk wrapping around the west face. All windows in the penthouse can be adjusted between opaquely blending into their surrounding walls and completely transparent, either by user control or automated system. All floors outside of the bathrooms, kitchen, and holosuite are replicated bamboo. There is a dedicated computer core that runs automation, communications, and security. Most rooms have vaulted ceilings.

One wall is entirely a window that looks north across the balcony at the city and on a clear day Alcatraz, Angel Island, and on into the north bay. There is a large walk in closet and an attached master bath with generously sized walk-in sonic/water shower, and bathtub. Most surfaces are a very light green marble, and the vanity features dual sinks.
