He was the one who suggested they start vending at the Weihnachtsmarkt is Stuttgart when he heard that other non-human immigrants had started to do the same. They've been vending there for a dozen or so years now, and they have no challenge interesting the visitors in their wares.

He managed to secure them spots in a Romulan evacuation ship by ~~shrewed~~ and desperate bargaining, even as S'vekuk tried to get them aboard a Federation evacuation ship instead, in hopes of bringing more of their belongings with them. In the end she only admitted defeat when she and Mktek had to board the Romulan evacuation ship.
