Rokassa-Lime

A Rokassa-Lime is a hybrid fruit developed on the colony of Ocan Zir by combining the Cardassian Rokassa fruit and the Earth Lime. The fruit often appears indistinguishable from a Lime before it is cut, with its rind being the same color green. When cut, the inner flesh is a gradient going from green at the rind to yellow, then orange, and finally ending at fuchsia at its center. Kenny described the flavor as 'bright, has a bit of a kick' when she sampled it squeezed into sparkling water.
