Personal Transporter

The personal transporter is an emergency extraction device that must interface with an external computer, PADD, or other device to program the destination coordinates; often times it will be preprogrammed with a bugout location determined in the mission briefing. It is not capable of verifying the safety of the destination on its own, therefore the coordinates selected must take this into account to avoid beaming into the middle of something or someone else.

Range is approximately 12 km.
