The Starfleet Intelligence Combat Operations Stealth Suit is an advanced light-weight body armor and anti-detection suit designed for field operations. It is designed with flexible plates, overlaying a magnetoheological fluid (MR-fluid) layer and incorporating some of the latest technology and protective measures Starfleet has to offer, without displaying any visible or identifiable markers. Due to the suit's complex nature and the high risk environments they are deployed in, each suit is tailored specifically for its wearer. The onboard computer system is designed to supplement an agent's senses in the field and integrate with a number of specialized intelligence tools.

Optional equipment designed to integrate with the suit include:

Armor

The tri-weave bodysuit consists of an outer and inner layer constructed from tritanium-dipped tri-weave fiber mesh, with the MR-fluid based body armor filling a thin layer in the middle. The fluidic layer comprises of tritanium particles suspended in an oily liquid that harden on impact through piezoelectric currents creating a magnetic field when the armor is struck with force. This hardening effect allows for greater protection for the wearer while still giving them full movement and flexibility.

Medical suite packet

In the fluidic layer are molecule sized low power medical scanners. Impact, stabs, and other injuries are mapped in real time and if serious enough, will auto send for help unless turned off.

In addition, a small flat packet contains meds that can be injected intravenously. Light painkiller, Analgesics, clotting factors, and antihisatmines. The packet is scannable by tricorders within half meter.

Onboard Computer Systems

The integrated computer system is the heart of the suit, running the environmentals, HUD, integrated encrypted communicator, and interfaces with equipment designed for field work. Tactile controls are integrated into the gauntlet of the wearer's preferred wrist, and the voice interface can be optionally configured with a selection of vocal shortcuts for frequently used commands or quick access in emergency situations. The suit can also be synced with anywhere from one to five other suits for communication, data sharing, and location sync, using low power highly directional data bursts; the range is limited by line of sight but can be extended by use of the Little Big Probes.

The HUD is highly customizable to best suit the wearer's needs. With the ability to control illumination color and brightness, placement of both emergency and persistent notifications, and has a number of optional tools available such as text translation, map and navigation, and outlining synced suits to keep track of your away team members. It will also display data from any of the linked devices, such as medical and engineering tricorders.
