The Pelican
A small civilian transport, The Pelican is the traveling home of one Reverend Captain Noah Waterhouse and a crew of four to eight people at any given point. The ship is named after the original name of Sir Francis Drake's ship the Golden Hind, and sails under a pastafarian flag.
Crew
Over the years, Noah has had a range of people among his crew—ranging from others of the pastafarian faith to people who were there for reasons they chose to share with no one—most of the time the only common thread between them was their presence on the ship. Current crew include:
- Fabla - An orion woman, born without the ability to produce the pheromones that women of her species usually use to enthrall men. She's the pilot and often times Noah's right hand.
- Tallen Harak - A child of the bajoran occupation and a linguist, Tallen handles communications on the ship.
- Tygelgor - A Nausicaan of few words, and is very protective of Fabla—he considers her his closest friend. He is a general hand about the ship and when necessary handles security.
- Nadik - A tellarite engineer with a tongue as sharp as his engineering skill, he is often exchanging fiery words with Fabla.
Amenities
The ship is simple and small, which Noah claims pleases him well enough. It has some surprising upgrades for a ship of its age and style, thanks to Corey Waterhouse spoiling his son. It consists of two decks with most of the crew space on the first.
